At Immer, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Customized or engraved pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We allow exchanges for damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt.
